Products

We sell raw, naturally ocean-grown sea moss sourced from Tanzania. Because this is a natural product, its color, shape, texture, salt content, and appearance may vary between harvests. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. Payments are securely processed by our payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. U.S. shipping is free, and orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because sea moss is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has shipped. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers with allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns about dietary iodine should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
