FROM THE ROCKS OF TANZANIA
Our sea moss comes from the coastal waters of Tanzania, where it grows naturally in its ocean environment. After harvesting, it is naturally sun-dried and carefully prepared for shipment to the U.S.
WILDCRAFTED AT THE SOURCE
This is sea moss with a story you can see. Our Purple Mix comes from Tanzania’s coastal waters and is naturally sun-dried before making its way to our U.S. stock. Its natural variations in color, shape and texture are part of what makes each batch unique.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SEA MOSS
Raw sea moss is simple to prepare at home.
1. RINSE
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove natural sea salt, sand and ocean residue.
2. SOAK
Place in fresh water and allow the sea moss to soften and expand. Lemon or lime may be added if desired.
3. BLEND
Blend the softened sea moss with fresh water until smooth, then refrigerate your finished gel in a clean, covered container.
